The Opportunity: InstaVM is defining the infrastructure layer for AI Agents. We operate as an AI-Native team: we believe one engineer armed with the right AI tools can outpace a team of ten. We are looking for a builder who shares this velocity.

The Mission: You will drive Engineering-Led Growth by building reference architectures that define how the industry uses InstaVM. You will leverage AI coding assistants and automation to ship production-grade demos at breakneck speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Build at 10x Speed: Architect and ship sophisticated open-source examples using Cursor, Copilot, and LLMs to accelerate development.
Automate Developer Success: Build AI agents that ingest our docs and solve user issues automatically.
Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with major frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) to ensure InstaVM is the default execution runtime.

Who You Are:

AI-First Workflow: You use Cursor/Windsurf/Copilot to generate boilerplate, write tests, and refactor instantly.
Builder: Experience deploying LLM apps using Python (FastAPI).
Automation Mindset: If you have to do a task twice, you write a script or an agent to do it for you.

The Opportunity: InstaVM is rapidly becoming the infrastructure of choice for AI startups. We are looking for a Technical Growth Hacker who understands that modern sales is about Data Enrichment, Automation, and AI-Personalization.

The Mission: You will own the "Growth Engine." Set up automated systems that identify high-potential AI companies and engage them at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Automated Market Mapping: Use tools like Clay, PhantomBuster, or Python scripts to identify startups in the AI Agent space automatically.
AI-Driven Outreach: Build workflows (Zapier/Make + OpenAI) that research a prospect's GitHub repo and draft hyper-personalized messages.
Pipeline Architecture: Replace manual data entry with automated CRMs. Ensure our growth stack runs on autopilot.

Who You Are:

Technically Literate: You can write a Python script to scrape a website or hook up an API in Zapier/Make.
Tool Super-User: Proficient with AI automation tools (Clay, Instantly, ChatGPT for Data Analysis).
Smart Worker: You refuse manual data entry. You solve problems with systems, not brute force.
