3. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We may retain User Content, including code and execution logs, for up to one (1) year for analytics, debugging, service improvement, and compliance purposes.

We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • PostHog for product analytics
  • Cloud infrastructure providers for data storage and computing services

5.1 Data Location

All data is stored on cloud servers located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and storage of your information in the United States.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
