Pro is $100/month as the base subscription price, then usage is billed separately. You keep the same compute pricing, 10 GB of included volumes, and pay $0.0002 per GB-hour for additional allocated volume storage.
Volume pricing is based on the total allocated size of all volumes, not the bytes currently used. Free and Pro include the first 10 GB, then additional allocated storage is billed at $0.0002 per GB-hour.
You can run as many VMs as you need overall. Your plan only limits how many can be active at once: 5 on Free, 100 on Pro, and custom capacity on Enterprise.
